The The Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition “Serido 2023” concluded its activities last Thursday with the signing of a number of real estate deals, including agreements to establish real estate investment funds aimed at constructing approximately 2,500 residential units offering a variety of housing options and financing facilities provided by local and international real estate development companies and banks, with the participation of more than 60 local and foreign companies and institutions specializing in real estate development and investment.

“Serido 2023” in its inaugural edition, spanning the duration of the event, showcased nearly 4,000 move-in-ready residential units with a variety of options to meet the needs of approximately 14,000 visitors, including beneficiaries and investors.

As part of its activities, the exhibition hosted a number of workshops that highlighted the major urban renaissance taking place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to raising public awareness about real estate investment and ownership, as well as marketing via social media, exchanging views, hearing expert opinions, answering attendees’ questions, and introducing suitable investment opportunities in this sector.
