Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan welcomed the Cabinet's amendments in Certified Appraisers System, emphasizing that it aligns with the vital role played by the Saudi Authority for Certified Appraisers in supervising, regulating, and developing the appraisal profession; given the profession’s important and prominent role in the Kingdom’s economic system, in line with Saudi Vision 2023.

He emphasized that the valuation profession in the Kingdom is making rapid strides in development, consistent in its goals and vision with the comprehensive renaissance the Kingdom is witnessing across various fields; The approval of amendments to the Certified Appraiser Regulation is an extension of the support the profession receives from the leadership and reflects a belief in the pivotal role that appraisal plays in the Kingdom’s business environment, as well as in creating an attractive environment for investment across all sectors.
