The number of real estate transactions completed in the three major cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam during the month of May reached 3,500, with a total value of 9.3 billion riyals, marking a decrease of 19% compared to sales value in the same month last year, when sales reached 11.5 billion riyals across 5,284 transactions, according to Ministry of Justice data.
Compared to real estate transactions in the three major cities for April 2023, the data showed a 55% increase in value.
