The General Real Estate Authority has made a feature available to facility managers real estate brokerage to register their business based on the powers granted by the Commercial Registry, without the need to submit a request Electronic Power of Attorney, and the powers listed in the Commercial Register for the establishment’s manager that do not require an electronic power of attorney to be attached include: (owner of the entity, executive director, general manager, CEO, and director); granting authority to others requires an electronic power of attorney.
