<Many are looking for support programs provided by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing in cooperation with the Real Estate Development Fund, and one of the most important of these programs is Development Housing Program , which provides housing units or assistance in purchasing equipped housing units, and this support is directed to the beneficiaries of the developed social security, as Saudi Arabia seeks to achieve the future vision set by the government for 2030, which is to settle the percentage of 80% of the Saudi population that does not own a home, and the ministry explained a number of conditions for applying in Development Housing for social security beneficiaries.
Terms of application for Development Housing:
- The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
- The applicant must be a social security beneficiary.
- The applicant must be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The applicant must be a family consisting of a husband, wife and children.
- The applicant must not have previously received a housing subsidy.
- The primary beneficiary must be at least 25 years old.
- If the applicant does not have a fixed monthly income outside of social security, he/she will pay SAR 200 per month, while if he/she has a fixed monthly income, he/she will pay SAR
- Fixed monthly income pays SAR 800 per month.
- Agree to the mentioned terms and conditions.
- Apply for support through the official Ministry of Housing portal.
- Upload the required documents and papers.
