Economic reports revealed that the value of Residential financing for individuals provided by banks and finance companies amounted to about 34.93 billion riyals during the first five months of 2023, compared to 55.39 billion riyals in the similar period of 2022, a decrease of 20.45 billion riyals from its value in the similar period last year.

Facilities worth 23.60 billion riyals were provided for the purchase of villas and 9.26 billion riyals for the purchase of apartments, while financing for the purchase of land amounted to 2.06 billion riyals during that period.
