The companies participating in the Ministry of Housing exhibition at the Eastern Housing Exhibition have completed the signing of 1000 contracts with housing beneficiaries, allowing beneficiaries of housing loans to choose from the various products offered by the eight companies implementing the housing projects, which will be built on an area of more than two million square meters and contain 4536 housing units, consisting of apartments distributed in three projects: “Dammam North Housing Development Project, Dammam South Housing Development Project, and Qatif Housing Development Project.”

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry has extended the working time of its exhibition held at the Dhahran International Exhibition Company under the partnership program with the private sector until Wednesday, 28th of the holy month of Ramadan, after it was scheduled to close at the end of working days this week until after the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, and the daily working time in the exhibition will be as previously determined in two periods, the first period from 1 pm to 5 pm, and the second period from 9 pm to 1 am, to take into account the privacy of the month of Ramadan.

The decision to extend the working time of the exhibition came from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. The decision to extend the exhibition period came after consultations with the companies working in the project, which demanded the need to extend the working days to be able to sign the largest amount of contracts so that they can fulfill the Ministry's condition that obliges them to carry out sales operations for 50% of all residential units allocated to each company, and to compensate for the delays that disrupted their work during the previous exhibition days.
