Riyadh has completed its preparations to host Cityscape Global for the first time in the Kingdom, from September 10 to 13, 2023, at the International Exhibition and Convention Center.
Organized by Informa, the exhibition will host the Wealth Investment Forum, which features a series of panel discussions with leading wealth management experts, legal advisors, bankers, and consultants from around the world. The exhibition also features a special section for developers, giving them the opportunity to meet consumers, retailers, and corporate executives from the residential, commercial, retail, and industrial real estate sectors, as well as a Smart Cities and Technology Pavilion showcasing the most significant digital transformations in the real estate sector.
The Kingdom has achieved remarkable results that have enhanced transparency in the region’s real estate sector, as it seeks to attract $100 billion in foreign direct investment by 2030, with its annual compound economic growth rate projected to reach 9.74% in 2027, in addition to a notable increase in the number of multinational companies opening their headquarters in the region to participate in the mega-projects being developed in the Kingdom.
The Cityscape Group aims to host the largest real estate event for the first time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2023, and it aims to attract approximately 40,000 visitors and 200 exhibitors across an area equivalent to five soccer fields, with 1,500 speakers participating to showcase the latest ideas and insights in the sector as part of a major conference program.
