The Ministry of Justice has released a guide for the Real Estate Exchange, which includes a detailed explanation of how to benefit from the various services available via the Exchange’s website at Srem.moj.gov.sa.
The guide outlines the available services and procedures, which is intended to facilitate the process for users and provide them with all the information and requirements needed to complete their transactions, thereby saving them time and effort.
The guide also highlights the benefits of real-time indicators available through the Exchange, such as the Real Estate Exchange and the live display of direct transactions; enabling real estate “buying and selling” with ease and convenience, enhancing the user experience and ensuring transparency and reliability. It is worth noting that the Exchange ensures transparency in transactions, providing reliable information on transaction values for the geographic area specified by the user, and offering services to sort and consolidate real estate deeds using the real estate ID, in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing.
