The Cabinet approved the System for the sale and lease of off-plan real estate projects during the session held yesterday in Neom, presided over by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may Allah protect him.
<At the beginning of the session, the King spoke about the Kingdom's celebration of its 93rd National Day, which falls on Saturday, and what this occasion represents in terms of pride in the history and glories of the homeland, pride in its achievements, and aspirations for a brighter and more prosperous future, praising the Almighty for the security, stability and national cohesion that he has blessed this country with.
The Cabinet noted the launch of projects worth more than (110 billion riyals), which, God willing, will contribute to the development of the real estate sector and enhance the Kingdom's development goals.
