The courses I referred to, which are related to the beginner real estate broker, are very important because they work to develop the broker’s skills in this field. They are three courses, which are the Real Estate Marketing course, the Real Estate Brokerage course, and the Electronic Real Estate Marketing course. All of these courses can be completed in just one day.
After that, the novice real estate broker must form an integrated work team (not a copy of you) in order to practice his work professionally. The work tools include the following: a real estate photographer, a content writer, an accounts manager, and social media campaigns with a clear agreement on roles and specified percentages.
After that, the marketer must create his own marketing identity, in addition to creating a file containing his marketing tools, such as a PDF of a trial product containing interactive links for professional photography, a landing page, and the results of previous promotional campaigns on Snapchat and Twitter.
Next comes a very important point, which is the practical steps, where the novice marketer must go down to the field of work and try as much as possible to reach projects that are still under construction, in order to communicate with their owner.
This step allows him to meet directly with the project owner. If he cannot do that, he must send his marketing identity, including all its tools, expected results, and time period. The project owner will contact him if he likes the marketer's idea and may ask him to take over the marketing file for his project. The marketer must then ask him to contract mediation to do what is necessary.
