The General Secretariat of the real estate ownership (Ihkam) of the General Authority for State Properties confirmed that the committees are considering five applications for real estate ownership.
<The Secretariat stated that these applications are: Applications for ownership, applications for formal modification of deeds, applications for completing the procedures of the title deed, and applications for modification of settlement deeds within the boundaries of the two Holy Mosques before Royal Decree (A/218) on 3/25/1441 AH and requests to correct or add to the title deeds within the boundaries of the two Holy Mosques before Royal Decree No. 13926 dated 9/1/1428 AH.
<The review committees include members from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Ministry of Justice, and the General Authority for State Properties.
