The index includes more than 160 cities and governorates covering most cities and regions of the Kingdom, with an increase of more than 22% compared to the month of September 2022.
The September report of the rental index witnessed a decrease in <a style="color: #800000;" href="https://amlak.net.Residential transactions decreased by 15% compared to last August, as residential transactions in September amounted to 233 thousand transactions, while commercial lease transactions recorded about 61 thousand transactions, a decrease of 6% compared to last August.
Riyadh topped the list. Riyadh topped the list of cities with more than 22% of the total deals recorded by the rental index, recording more than 65 thousand residential and commercial rental deals; to continue as the most recorded cities for rental deals, followed by Jeddah, whose deals exceeded 37 thousand residential and commercial deals, then Mecca with 13 thousand residential and commercial deals, then Medina, which recorded 13 thousand deals, and Dammam, which reached 12.9 thousand deals.
