939 first home ownership contracts have been finalized by Residential Centers

The Sakani Program revealed that Sakani Comprehensive Centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Khobar, and Madinah enabled beneficiaries to sign more than 939 first-home ownership contracts during the third quarter of this year, with a total value exceeding 877 million riyals, as part of ongoing efforts to improve market efficiency and support families in becoming homeowners.

The program explained that the centers have, since their establishment through the end of the third quarter, made 57 housing projects available, with the current housing inventory at the centers exceeding 17,000 housing units.
“Sakani” revealed that the number of visits to “Sakani Al-Shamel” centers during the third quarter of this year exceeded 46,000 visits from beneficiaries eligible for housing support as well as those ineligible to benefit from the services provided, marking the highest quarterly visit rate since the centers“ establishment. These centers enable visitors to complete their transactions through a streamlined process, clear steps, and effective coordination between beneficiaries and service providers.
The program reaffirmed its commitment to continued support through initiatives and tools that ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the housing support provided to beneficiaries, and that enhance their opportunities to own suitable housing in line with their actual needs and financial capabilities, thereby facilitating their journey to homeownership, through simple and accessible procedures.
In addition to housing inventory services and financing solutions, ”Comprehensive Housing" offers a number of real estate services in the four cities related to (lease agreements, property screening, sustainability assessments, homeowners" associations, and more).

It is worth noting that the Sakani Comprehensive Centers are one of “Sakani’s” channels, a one-stop destination for beneficiaries, and an umbrella for real estate developers and financing entities, offering a wide range of comprehensive services to streamline the beneficiary’s journey in finding housing and related services in one place. In addition to its multiple service delivery channels, these include: real estate advisors, obtaining quotes from financing institutions, issuing land contracts electronically, architectural design services, certified contractors, engineering supervision, the real estate market, and more. These services are provided to support beneficiaries and contribute to improving market efficiency in line with the objectives of the Housing Program—one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
