<It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Housing has identified two companies to develop the southern Dammam project, namely Al-Hakimiya Real Estate Development for 888 apartments and Imdad Najd Contracting for 2000 apartments, and 6 companies to develop the northern Dammam project, namely Tamkeen Investment and Real Estate Development for 200 apartments, and Ali Bin Sultan and Brothers Holding Group for 39 apartments. Bin Sultan & Brothers Holding with 396 apartments, Al-Qudaibi «Shazen» with 184 apartments, Mada Al-Sharqiya for Real Estate Development with 144 apartments, Al-Rayam Contracting Company with 230 apartments, Al-Dar Gate with 120 apartments, and the ministry identified only one company for its project in Qatif, Al-Rayam Contracting Company with 160 apartments.
