The Restatex Eastern Province Real Estate Exhibition 2023, today, Wednesday, continues its activities for the second consecutive day, organized by the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce at the Dhahran International Exhibition Center (Dhahran Expo), with significant participation from industry professionals both within and outside the Kingdom.
Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Batal, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, opened the exhibition yesterday in the presence of Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Badeer, Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, marking the start of the Restatex Eastern Real Estate Exhibition 2023
The four-day exhibition features broad participation from major real estate development and marketing companies, as well as a number of Saudi financial institutions, banks, and relevant government agencies and bodies, reflecting the importance of the real estate sector, which is considered one of the most vital pillars of the Saudi economy.
Attendees toured the booths of participating government agencies and companies, where they viewed the latest real estate projects in the Eastern Province, which were executed according to the highest quality standards and feature unique architectural designs that meet the aspirations of Saudi families, and contribute to enhancing quality of life. They also viewed the latest attractive financing offers provided by Saudi banks to exhibition visitors, which aim to enable Saudi families to own homes with ease and convenience, to help raise the homeownership rate to 70% by 2030, in line with the goals of the Housing Program—one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
A number of workshops will be held as part of the exhibition under the following titles: “Investment Prospects in the Eastern Province and Pioneering Projects,” “First-Time Homeownership and Opportunities for Homeownership,” “The Future of Real Estate Technology,” and “An Introductory Overview of Real Estate Brokerage,” and “Real Estate Appraisal—Regulation and Development,” with the participation of officials, stakeholders, and real estate experts from both the public and private sectors, during which the latest developments and updates in the Saudi real estate sector will be presented, along with new trends and investments in real estate development and housing projects, the latest innovations in construction, housing finance programs, and future demand projections.
