The “Restatex Eastern Real Estate” exhibition concluded its activities for the current year, 2023 AH, with broad participation from a select group of real estate development companies, various financing and banking institutions, as well as relevant government agencies and entities, which showcased their latest innovations and residential real estate projects amid a large turnout of exhibition visitors seeking opportunities to purchase residential units, whose number exceeded 25,000 during the exhibition days held at the Dhahran International Exhibition Center (Dhahran Expo) from October 31 to November 3, 2023.
The exhibition witnessed the signing of 48 agreements between relevant parties, amid exclusive offers, amazing discounts, and exceptional financing rates, which met with the satisfaction of visitors and those interested in home ownership. The exhibition reaffirmed its strength and significant influence, as well as its ability to increase the real estate supply and its merit in earning the trust of companies and visitors—trust it has built over many years through its three editions in (Eastern Province, Riyadh, and Jeddah); during which it adopted an approach based on growth and innovation each year to serve the real estate sector, while providing unique housing and financing solutions tailored to various segments of society, thereby contributing to raising the home ownership rate among Saudi families to 70% by 2030 in line with the Kingdom’s vision.
The exhibition was distinguished by its professional organization by “Ramatan” Exhibitions and Conferences, which excelled in launching an upgraded version of the exhibition that was admired by exhibitors and visitors alike, as exhibiting companies showcased their booths with creative and innovative designs that incorporated modern technologies to present their residential projects, thereby reflecting the quality of the real estate services they provide.
His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural, and Housing Affairs, Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Badeer, officially opened the “Restatex Eastern Province Real Estate Exhibition 2023,” which was held under the patronage of the Governor of the Eastern Province, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, in the presence of the Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, Dr. Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Batal, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce, Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Rizai, as well as a large crowd of visitors, media representatives, and those interested in real estate in the Eastern Province and the Kingdom.
At the conclusion of the exhibition, the date for the next edition was announced; it will be held in the Kingdom’s capital, Riyadh, on February 18, 2024.
