The number of real estate deals registered on the Real Estate Exchange during October reached about 23,588 deals worth 27.58 billion riyals.

The Riyadh region topped the list in terms of the number of Real Estate Exchange.

Riyadh ranked first in terms of the number of <a style="color: #800000;" href="https://amlak.net. real estate deals, with 8,988 deals, followed by Makkah with 4,810 deals, Qassim with 1,742 deals, Eastern Province with 3,329 deals, and finally Medina with 800 deals.

Real estate deals in Saudi Arabia accounted for the largest number of deals in the region.

Riyadh region also captured the first place in terms of value, amounting to SAR 12 billion, followed by Makkah region with SAR 1.1 billion, Qassim region with SAR 8.4 billion, Eastern region with SAR 4 billion, and finally Medina with SAR 819.2 million.
