The Sakani program made 3060 free residential lands available to Saudi families benefiting from it during last November, through the Sakani website and application in various regions of the Kingdom, as part of joint efforts to improve housing affordability.
The program explained that the lands that were made available electronically were distributed among a number of regions of the Kingdom, including 1095 lands in Al-Madhanib, Ain Al-Jawa, Al-Nabhaniyah, Al-Ras, Al-Isayah and Shari in Qassim, 500 lands in Abu Arish and Samta in Jazan, 496 lands in Al-Na'iriyah in Al-Sharqiya, 486 lands in Al-Majma'ah, Al-Quwayyah and Dawadmi provinces in the Riyadh region, and 483 lands in Sharwa and Yadhamah provinces, as well as Rafha in Najran and northern border regions.
The program made available lands free of charge in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in November.
