The Jazan in cooperation with the region’s Housing Affairs Branch, organized a workshop today titled ”Raising Awareness of Real Estate Development,” held at the Chamber’s theater in Jizan.

The workshop, attended by a number of individuals interested in real estate matters in the region, addressed several topics: construction techniques and their applications; capacity building and its applications; stimulating and developing the housing supply in terms of investment opportunities; and encouraging the private sector to participate in developing housing solutions, with the aim of raising awareness of real estate development services and programs, introducing the developer capacity-building program, facilitating the transition of contractors wishing to become real estate developers, and establishing coordination mechanisms among all project stakeholders.
