Legislation has created new careers in the real estate sector

The system of real estate legislation, overseen by the General Authority for Real Estate, has opened the way for targeting career opportunities in the real estate sector covering about 12 professions related to the real estate system.

This system includes the real estate brokerage system, the real estate registration system, and the system of ownership and sorting of real estate units, and each of these systems offers promising professions and career opportunities that contribute to increasing the efficiency of national cadres in the real estate sector.

These systems have allowed the real estate sector to target career opportunities in the real estate sector. These real estate activities have provided several professions in the sector, the most prominent of which are (real estate broker, real estate advertiser and marketer, property manager, facilities manager, auction manager, auction evaluator, real estate consultant, real estate analyst, real estate registrar, owners association manager, joint property manager), and each of these professions has requirements that must be complied with, most importantly passing the qualification program for each activity, and limiting the practice of real estate brokerage activity to those licensed by the "Authority".
