There is no doubt that the repercussions and effects of housing security will be positive, whether on the individual, family, society or the state itself, and these effects are incalculable, whether social, material, psychological, societal ... etc.
But one of the most important positive effects of housing security is that it will make especially the youth completely free, psychologically comfortable, peace of mind and at the highest level of focus to serve their country, leadership, community and family and participate strongly in achieving the goals of the Crown Prince's vision and defending the national gains.
From my point of view, the biggest and most important obstacle, and I think the only one facing the realization of housing security that must be removed is the rise in real estate prices, which is like a flood every time it swallows any material assistance provided by the ministry to the citizen.
This flood even swallowed up any idea of saving or any plan to spend part of his salary in tourism or entertainment projects, and even other sectors were affected in one way or another because the real estate installment consumes a large percentage of the salaries of young people who represent the largest percentage of the great Saudi Arabia.
It is like a flood that drowns the youth in issues, calculations, complexities, pressures and artificial worries of a few who hoard millions of meters at the expense of hundreds of thousands of youth who represent the pillar of this country, its hope, dream, ambition, present and future, the source of its strength, security, pride, prestige and all that is beautiful in the country.
And it is no exaggeration to say that the real estate installment consumes a large percentage of the youth's salaries. <I do not exaggerate if I say that the rise of the drug is like a cancerous tumor that must be removed, as it spreads in the body of society and harms all its organs. In fact, I am very optimistic that there are decisions that will be in favor of achieving housing security; it is enough that His Excellency the Minister of Housing and His Excellency the President of the General Real Estate Authority have sensed the seriousness of the real estate rise, which is an excellent indicator of the beginning of a radical solution.
Finally, I say lowering the price of real estate is like a cancerous tumor that must be removed.
Finally, I say that lowering real estate prices is a means to a greater end, which is housing security.
