The value of real estate transactions completed in Bahrain by the end of the first week of the new year 2024, amounted to approximately 6.1 million dinars, carried out through 141 real estate transactions.
The Bahrain Land Survey and Real Estate Registration Authority stated that these transactions were completed during three sessions over just three days in the first week of the new year 2024, due to the New Year’s holiday.
The Bahraini authority explained that Wednesday accounted for the lion’s share of the number real estate transactions completed, with 64 transactions, while Thursday came in second with 54 real estate transactions, and Tuesday came in third with 23 transactions.
The Authority recently issued a report tracking the value of real estate transactions during 2023, which exceeded 1.07 billion dinars, carried out through more than 26,000 transactions, an increase of approximately 3.6% compared to 2022.
In its annual report, the Authority also noted that December 2023 accounted for the lion’s share, with nearly 4,000 transactions, followed by November with 3,163 transactions.
