The Ministry of Housing, Eastern Province Branch, started yesterday the “Eastern Housing” exhibition in its second phase to market 2637 apartments to beneficiaries, and the ministry had identified eight companies in the southern and northern Dammam project, and one company in its project in Qatif Governorate.

<It is worth mentioning that the first phase of the exhibition during which the participating companies implemented 1800 contracts worth 900 million riyals, and addressed 100 cases of objections out of 650 complaints submitted by beneficiaries of housing support to complete the procedures for the implementation of their contracts, after they had refused to implement their contracts signed with real estate development companies. The Ministry seeks to address the rest of the 550 objections submitted within a maximum period of next week, stressing that the matter is being resolved after several meetings were held regarding this matter to end it as soon as possible and without delay.
