National Housing Company (NHC) launched its “Pillars” program today, as part of the <a style="color: #800000;" href="https://amlak.net. 2024, where National Housing's participation includes a multi-pillar interactive pavilion, through which it reviews its most important programs and future plans in the real estate development sector, presents its strategic vision and its leading role in enriching the real estate market, and receives those wishing to learn about its projects and plans.

The Rakayas program includes a number of initiatives to support and promote local content in the housing system and the real estate development sector, through several initiatives aimed at preserving money spent inside the Kingdom and building a sustainable national economy, in addition to enhancing local capabilities to maximize national purchasing power.

The program includes 4 development goals, including strengthening national cadres, supporting local factories and small and medium enterprises, in addition to localizing industries and increasing production efficiency, which in turn will contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to position the Kingdom as a pioneer at all levels and at the forefront of the world.

<Through Rakeez, National Housing seeks to support local content, localize industries, and achieve the strategic objectives of the housing program, through programs and platforms such as the ”Mawad" platform, which has contributed to supporting local content with more than 137 beneficiaries from developers, real estate contractors and service providers, and has contributed to enhancing local content and creating many job opportunities in this vital sector, whether directly or indirectly in the work and projects of the company, in addition to offering the "Wa'ed“ program for training new graduates, which contributes to the development of future talents and qualifies them for the labor market in a professional manner.

6 agreements signed on the sidelines of the forum
