Ejar platform has clarified the steps of transferring the rent amount to the beneficiary through the platform, in response to a follower's inquiry received through its account on the social networking site “X”.
The platform explained in response to the follower's question. In response to the follower's question, the platform explained: “The transfer is made to the IBAN added in the contract, if this is not possible, the transfer is made to the wallet.”
According to the platform. According to the platform, the steps to transfer the rent to the beneficiary through the Ejar platform are as follows:
- Go to the Ejar online platform.
- Go to the login portal by using your username, ID number and password.
- Go to the view invoices icon in the financial statement portal.
- Click on the contract and then click on Make Payment.
- A window will appear for the user stating the amount of money to be paid.
- Enter the amount and then click on Confirm.
- Credit card details are entered and then click on Pay Now, or pay via Apple Pay.
A follower sent a question to Ejar asking, “Is the rent amount transferred to my bank account or my wallet?”

Steps to get a refund in Ejar
- Click on the dashboard in Ejar and select Balance and then Wallet.
- After selecting Wallet click on Refund.
- Then select the desired amount and IBAN and click Refund.
- After confirming the data
- Finally enter the verification code sent to you and click on Verify.
