Emir of Qassim hands over 115 housing units to beneficiaries of the developmental housing program

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Governor of Al-Qassim Region, recently handed over 115 housing units at the Emirate’s headquarters to the most needy families among the beneficiaries of the Developmental Housing Program. The units were donated by businessman Abdullah Al-Othaim, in the presence of Talal Al-Khunaini, Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural, and Housing Affairs for the Third Sector and Community Participation; Engineer Muhammad Al-Majali, Secretary of the Region; and Dr. Abdullah Al-Muhanna, Deputy Secretary-General of the Housing Foundation; and in the presence of Dr. Abdullah Al-Saqr, Deputy Governor of the Emirate.

During the handover of the units, His Highness highlighted the generous support provided by the wise leadership to developmental housing programs, and for providing adequate housing for citizens through these initiatives, which receive the full care and attention of our leadership, expressing his delight at the existence of such initiatives, which underscore the generosity of the nation’s citizens and their contribution to the community participation programs of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing. He also commended the charitable initiatives of businessman Abdullah Al-Othaim and his commitment to supporting housing programs, praying to Almighty God to count this among his good deeds.

For his part, the Deputy Minister of Municipal, Rural, and Housing Affairs for the Third Sector and Community Participation affirmed the Ministry’s commitment to providing suitable housing for beneficiary families in various regions of the Kingdom.
