Deloitte Consulting in its latest report on the rise residential real estate sales prices in Riyadh by 5 % to 5,320 riyals per square meter for houses during the fourth quarter of last year, 2024, while prices for residential apartments rose by 8 % to 5,050 riyals per square meter,
Residential rental prices in Riyadh also rose by 3 % for houses and 6 % for apartments, In Jeddah, rents rose by 6 % for houses and 18 % for apartments, and in Dammam by 11 % for houses and 18% for apartments.
Regarding real estate supply, the consulting firm Deloitte stated that the supply of residential properties in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah had risen to approximately 3.8 million units by the end of 2023.
According to the Deloitte report, the supply of residential real estate in Riyadh rose by 1% in the fourth quarter of 2023 to 3.8 million units, and by 1% in both Jeddah and Dammam, reaching 1.1 million units and 670,000 residential units, respectively. Meanwhile, the total office supply in the fourth quarter of 2023 in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam reached 8.5 million square meters.
