Participating The General Real Estate Authority is participating as a Diamond Sponsor in the third edition of the international technical conference "LEEP 2024," which is being held from March 4 to 7, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham; with the aim of raising the level of knowledge in the field of real estate technology in the Saudi market, promoting investment, and connecting with practitioners and stakeholders in the sector.

As part of its participation in the ”LEEP 2024“ conference, the technological platforms through which various real estate transactions are conducted, such as the rental platform, the real estate unit sorting platform, and the real estate brokerage platform. The Authority will also participate in workshops and sessions held at the ”LEAP" technology hub ." The Authority will also present the real estate legislative framework, including the recently issued “Real Estate Contributions System.”

It is worth noting that the LEAP International Technology Conference is held under the theme “New Horizons,” with the participation of more than 1,800 exhibitors from the world’s leading tech companies. It features a number of platforms and stages, such as the main stage, which will discuss topics related to “Web 3,” strategies of major tech companies and billion-dollar startups, and user privacy in technology. The conference also hosts an investor platform, in addition to a number of stages covering topics such as: educational technology, retail technology, financial technology, healthcare technology, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, future energy, and smart cities.
