This application is part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which aims to achieve development, provide services to citizens, and offer a subsidy of 150,000 Saudi riyals for purchasing or building a property, along with numerous payment facilities. Registration Requirements:
The applicant must be a Saudi citizen.
All information entered by the applicant must be accurate and correct.
Consent and acknowledgment to submit an application for a loan related to the Real Estate Advisor.
The applicant must also authorize the Real Estate Development Fund and the Ministry of Housing to verify their citizenship status with the Saudi Nationality Information Company.
Registration for the real estate advisor service is permitted only for individuals who meet the eligibility requirements for support from the Real Estate Development Fund and the Ministry of Housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Registration Requirements:
Applicants must submit a certified copy of their family register.
The applicant must provide an original copy of the family deed.
The applicant is required to provide a current building permit.
The applicant must submit a letter stating their monthly salary.
Applicants must attach a certified copy of the land title deed for the property.

Click on the “New Registration” icon.
A page for entering personal information will appear.
Enter your national ID number.
Enter the verification code.
Click the “Submit” button.
Enter the required information.
Follow the instructions provided.
Registration will be successful once all steps are completed.
