The General Authority for Real Estate with the participation of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development during the month of February last of this year, 31 monitoring tours aimed at visiting 8354 real estate establishments, including: Riyadh region, Eastern Province and Makkah region to ensure compliance with real estate legislation in general and the real estate brokerage system in particular.

The General Authority for Real Estate explained that field work is one of the tracks it works on in partnership with the concerned authorities, and with regard to the communications track, the total number of communications received by the Authority was 680 communications through its various channels that were dealt with and processed, and the number of real estate advertisements that were scanned to verify their compliance with the system through the electronic track reached more than 8067 real estate advertisements.
