The Eastern Province Municipality in cooperation with the Area Development Authority has launched the investment opportunity (establishment, development, operation and investment of Sehat Lake as a tourist and recreational park) on an area of more than 600 thousand square meters with a limited construction ratio of 5% to give more spaces for visitors and parkers.

The investment opportunity includes the establishment of recreational, tourism and sports projects, restaurants and cafes, in addition to a set of multiple activities that support the environment in line with the (Saudi Green) initiative. The Municipality called on all investors. The Municipality invites all investors and entrepreneurs to take advantage of the investment opportunities and services it offers through the Saudi Cities Investment Portal (ForUs).

This investment opportunity is a continuation of the Municipality's efforts to revitalize the economic movement, improve the development of the region, improve the urban landscape, develop waterfronts and raise the level of tourist attraction and recreation.
