Prince Mohammed bin Fahd's Affordable Housing Project provides new housing for needy families

During 2023, the project delivered 20 units in the Eastern Province and includes 148 residential units, of which 130 are occupied.

Delivered Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Affordable Housing Project Over the past year, 2023, twenty housing units were handed over to needy families in the Eastern Province.

Saleh Al-Shamrani, Director of Programs at the Foundation, explained that the handover of the units follows a review of the families’ circumstances based on precise criteria, specific mechanisms, and implementation plans for a number of development and humanitarian programs and projects designed to serve various segments of society. He also highlighted the support provided by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, for the Foundation’s programs and projects.

He noted that the project, the first phase of which was inaugurated in March 2008 under the Foundation’s auspices, continues its efforts to provide affordable charitable housing for needy families and those in critical humanitarian situations in the Eastern Province.
