His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, witnessed yesterday the signing of National Housing Company, an agreement with Urbas Middle East Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of the Spanish company Urbas, to establish 589 housing units in Al Fursan suburb, worth approximately one billion riyals, to provide innovative and typical housing options, on an area of up to 150 thousand square meters, in the presence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to Saudi Arabia Jorge Ibaia.
The National Housing Company was represented in the signing by CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti and Orbas by CEO Dolofo Guerrior, at the National Housing Company's headquarters in Riyadh.

Dahiyat Al Fursan
Al Forsan Suburb is the largest urban suburb implemented by National Housing and one of the largest suburbs in the region, designed to provide an integrated system for living in cities in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 with new standards and a sustainable urban environment. Spread over an area of 35 million square meters, providing more than 50,000 housing units for more than 250,000 people, and is characterized by more than 190 vital facilities ranging from educational, health, sports and recreational facilities and services, in addition to parks, mosques and mosques.

It is worth mentioning that National Housing recently announced that during the first quarter of this year, 1450 residential units with a total value of more than 1.6 billion riyals were sold within a number of projects in Al Fursan suburb, achieving increasing sales since the beginning of this year, due to National Housing's focus on providing a vibrant environment that elevates the concepts of quality of life in all its details, to achieve a new and innovative lifestyle that goes beyond the boundaries of residential units.
