Asir Real Estate and Construction Exhibition continues its activities for the second consecutive day

With the participation of 22 financial and real estate entities, it includes meetings on real estate incentives, legislation, shared ownership, and updates to the Ejar platform.

the Asir Real Estate, Construction, and Financing Products Exhibition with the second day of its second edition, featuring 22 government and private financing and real estate entities.

Dr. Riyad Al-Aqran, Secretary-General of the Abha Chamber of Commerce and Industry, explained that the exhibition is one of the specialized events aimed at strengthening and developing the real estate sector, and to safeguard the interests of its stakeholders by establishing effective policies and implementation mechanisms that contribute to achieving increasing growth rates, and directly implementing the directives of the Governor of Asir Region regarding the organization and hosting of such fruitful exhibitions, which contribute to comprehensive economic development due to their positive returns and significant impact on investment in the region.

Over the course of two days, the exhibition will feature a number of informational sessions on regulations, with the first session beginning this evening on the Real Estate Incentive Initiative, while General Real Estate Authority will review real estate legislation, and the National Housing Company will provide an overview of co-ownership. The sessions will conclude tomorrow evening with a session on the most notable updates to the “Ejar” platform.
