Started the “Enforcement” Support and Liquidation Center, to carry out the liquidation of real estate contributions, following the completion of the Council’s plan to replace the CommitteeReal Estate Contributions Committee “Liquidation,” in accordance with a Cabinet decision.

The replacement process aims to strengthen and accelerate real estate liquidation procedures by standardizing liquidation and sale procedures throughout the Kingdom, and to strengthen cooperation between judicial and government authorities and the private sector in liquidation and asset sale tasks by entrusting them to technically specialized entities and supervising their work.
