Al-Tafra Real Estate Company an awards ceremony for its employees as a token of appreciation and to motivate its staff for their achievements during the first half of 2015. The ceremony was attended by the CEO Mr.Salem bin Abdullah Al-Muri, as well as the company’s general managers, branch managers, department heads, and all employees
The company’s CEO, Mr.Salem Al-Muri, delivered a speech thanking and acknowledging the efforts of the company’s team. He praised the achievements made during the first half of the year, wishing the company continued success in its journey of growth and prosperity. He also thanked the department heads, branch managers, general managers, andall employees, emphasizing the company’s commitment to continuing its geographic expansion and enhancing the services provided to its customers.
Dr. Ahmed Abdulrahman, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, also delivered a speech, thanking the company for organizing such gatherings and commending its employees for their contributions during the first half of 2015 praising the company’s growth, the strength of its principles, the clarity of its goals, and the harmony across all levels of the company in achieving
its goals
Next, Mr.Ali Al-Amoudi, Director of the Planning and Development Department at the company, who reviewed the achievements made through the establishment of this department as part of the company’s efforts to upgrade its administrative system and its commitment to raising the standards of planning, oversight, and organization to the highest levels so that achieve the highest standards

Department heads also delivered remarks expressing gratitude and appreciation for the support the company’s management provides to its employees, and wishing their colleagues continued success in a spirit of high optimism to achieve consistently exemplary and outstanding performance.
Company management thanked Mr. Qasim Al-Qawas, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Mr. Samir Al-Musabi, Director of Human Resources, and Mr. Rida Abdullah, Director of Accounting, for their active participation in developing and improving the performance of the company’s employees and the work system. The ceremony then proceeded to honor employees with outstanding performance during the first half of 2015.
Training Program
The company organizes a training day as part of its ongoing training, qualification, and capacity-building program for its employees, featuring a self-awareness workshop presented by trainer Mr. Ahmed Fadl Al-Yafai, a specialist in self-development and capacity building, author of the book *The Ego*, and presenter of numerous training courses.
Mr. Salim bin Abdullah Al-Muri, the Executive Director, also conducted a training session for company employees titled "Sales Training (2)," in which he introduced employees to the concepts and fundamentals of sales, customer acquisition, and product and market management.
