The Secretary of Jazan Region Engineer Yahya Al-Ghazwani inspected yesterday the work of removing a number of dilapidated and abandoned buildings, as part of the “Visual Distortion and Urban Landscape Improvement” program in Jizan city, in the presence of relevant government agencies.

Engineer Al-Ghazwani emphasized the keenness of the Municipality to address all forms of visual distortion and removal of abandoned and dilapidated buildings that pose a danger to lives in the event of collapse, in addition to other risks and their impact on the environment.

Engineer Al-Ghazwani stressed the Municipality's keenness to address all forms of visual distortion. The Municipality will continue the removal process to improve the urban landscape and address visual distortion by removing abandoned and dilapidated buildings in the region, with the participation of the relevant government agencies, after fulfilling all legal procedures.
