The “Enfaz” Support and Liquidation Center that it will hold 29 public auctions—both in-person and online—to sell and liquidate 286 residential and commercial properties and a number of vehicles in seven regions across the Kingdom, during the period from May 15–20, 2024.

The Center explained that the auctions will be held in various regions across the Kingdom, with 13 auctions taking place in the Riyadh region to offer 76 real estate opportunities, 5 auctions in the Makkah region to offer 27 properties, one auction in the Al-Baha region to offer 3 properties, 3 auctions to offer 41 properties in the Al-Qassim region, two auctions in the Tabuk region featuring 6 properties, a single auction in the Al-Jawf region featuring 5 properties, and two auctions in the Eastern Province featuring 11 properties; as well as two auctions for the sale of 117 vehicles in Riyadh and Makkah.

It is worth noting that the Support and Liquidation Center “Infath” is an independent government center and one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. It works to assign liquidation and sale activities to technically specialized private-sector entities, and supervising the liquidation of real estate, movable property, or estates assigned to it by judicial authorities, the private sector, and individuals, thereby contributing to the swift fulfillment of rights and the satisfaction of beneficiaries.
