During its meeting held today, Tuesday, in Jeddah, chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Council of Ministers decided to grant the General Authority for State Real Estate the authority to allocate state-owned real estate for the benefit of the nonprofit sector in accordance with regulations approved by the Authority’s Board of Directors.

At the start of the session of theCabinet session, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques welcomed the guests of Allah who have begun arriving from around the world to the Kingdom to perform the Hajj pilgrimage, affirming – may God protect him – that serving the Ancient House of God and the Mosque of His Messenger, peace be upon him, caring for those who visit them, and ensuring their comfort are among the highest priorities and greatest concerns of this blessed nation.

He—may God preserve him—directed the authorities responsible for implementing the Hajj plans to continue providing the best measures and highest-quality services to the guests of the Most Merciful at various entry points to the Kingdom, in Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites, asking Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, to grant everyone success in carrying out this great and noble mission to the fullest extent.

Following that, the Council of Ministers reviewed the overall discussions that took place over the past few days between the Kingdom and various countries, including the telephone call received by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister —may God protect him—from His Excellency the President of Ukraine, which included a review of bilateral relations and a discussion of a number of issues of mutual interest.
