Real estate professionals and those interested in the housing file in the Kingdom called for the need to move towards the construction of residential towers to reduce the housing issue, and distribute the ready-made housing units it contains to those eligible for housing support, stressing that this approach constitutes an effective and quick solution to housing issues in many Western and Arab countries, and adds great economic value to the region by providing the largest number of investments in the smallest areas.

This solution comes from a package of solutions that can be added to the policies of the Ministry of Housing and promote housing programs and projects in the regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia so that the crisis does not worsen more than it is now, citizens demanded that the city of Dubai and other countries that are famous for building high-rise towers, such as Singapore and Malaysia, noting that these types of towers are attractive to live in.
