1. Enter the official website of the General Real Estate Authority
2. Go to the e-services platform
3. Go to the query box at the top of the page
4. Choose to inquire about "Real Estate Advertising License”
5. Check the validity of the advertisement using its license number, brokerage contract number or property ownership document, the service also allows reviewing the license data and its status whether it is canceled, expired or active.
