The Ministry of Justice has outlined the steps for accessing the services of Real Estate Exchange for sole proprietors.

According to an infographic published by the Ministry on its “X” social media account, the steps are as follows:

• Click on the navigation bar at the top of the page
• Select "Real Estate Agencies"
• Select the type of agency to be registered (sole proprietorship)
• Enter the entity’s Unified National Number (700), then click "Verify"
• Enter the entity’s bank account information

The Ministry of Justice clarified that you can view the agency details via your personal profile page or by clicking on your name at the top of the page.

It is worth noting that the Real Estate Exchange is a digital platform that provides real estate trading services (buying and selling), mortgage and real estate financing services, as well as services for issuing deeds for property division and consolidation requests using the real estate ID. It also offers multiple options for real estate indices and property inquiries with ease, convenience, and reliability, serving as an integrated platform for real estate wealth management.The Real Estate Exchange provides a range of daily real estate indices reflecting the value of real estate transactions in cities and neighborhoods across the Kingdom that are available for trading. These can be viewed by time period—by the hour, day, week, month, or year— or for the entire historical period of transactions since electronic recording began.
