The Medina Municipality has announced three investment opportunities for construction companies in Al-Hanakiyah Governorate, including the construction, renovation, operation, and maintenance of a driving school; the construction and operation of a sports hall; and the construction of an educational school complex in the governorate.

The Medina Municipality clarified that a plot of land measuring more than 73,000 square meters has been allocated for the construction of a “driving school” in Al-Hanakiyah Governorate, which will include the school building, areas for classroom instruction, practical training grounds, an administrative building, clinics, and parking spaces for students“ vehicles.

It also noted that available investment opportunities include the construction, operation, and maintenance of a ”gym“ covering an area of 1,200 square meters, offering fitness and weightlifting activities to promote sports participation among community members, The investment opportunities available in the governorate also include the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a ”private school complex" serving multiple age groups at the elementary education level, with an area of over 19,000 square meters allocated for the project.

The Secretariat stated that applications to take advantage of investment opportunities is open until August 27, urging investors to review the application process and required documents via the investment opportunities platform.
