<The Secretary of Qassim, Eng. Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Majali, recently discussed with the CEO of the General Authority for Real Estate, Eng. Abdullah bin Al-Hammad, and the CEO of the General Authority for Real Estate Regulation in Qatar, Eng. The tasks and mechanism of the real estate registry and the stages of development of work in the Authority and the role of the Secretariat in the development and discuss ways of integration and cooperation between the two sides. <The Secretary of Qassim Region explained the importance of developing and enhancing cooperation in the fields of joint work between the Municipality of Qassim Region and the General Authority for Real Estate in a way that contributes to achieving interests and areas of effective cooperation. He stressed the readiness of data and key enablers to start implementing the real estate registry in the region, pointing out that the Municipality signed a data sharing agreement with the General Authority for Real Estate to achieve integration of real estate map data, exchange and synchronization of data between the Municipality of Qassim Region and the Authority and provide electronic linkage with real estate registry platform to exchange geospatial data and reflect the challenge.
