Real estate exchange data revealed a significant decrease in land prices in the city of Jeddah during the second quarter of the current year 2024, compared to the prices of the first quarter of the same year.
<According to Al-Ekhbariya, land prices in Jeddah during the second quarter of the current year 2024 recorded a decline in the average price per meter by 15.6%. The average price per meter in the first quarter was SAR 2,667, while the average price per meter in the second quarter was SAR 2,250.
The data published by Al-Ekhbariya showed that the number of real estate transactions that took place in the first quarter amounted to 8737 real estate transactions compared to 4626 transactions in the second quarter, a decrease of 47%.
