Data from the Real Estate Exchange revealed a rise in in land prices in Riyadh during the second quarter of 2024, compared to prices in the first quarter of the same year.
According to Al-Ikhbariya TV, residential land prices in Riyadh during the second quarter of 2024 rose by 12.8% in average price per square meter. The average price per square meter in the first quarter was 2.139 riyals, while the average price per square meter in the second quarter was 2.413 riyals.
Data published by Al-Ikhbariya showed that the number of real estate transactions in the first quarter reached 13,100, compared to 9,449 transactions in the second quarter.
