The Ministry of Justice revealed that the number of real estate transactions through the real estate exchange exceeded 210,000 during the first half of 2024.
The real estate exchange allows for direct monitoring of all transactions that take place live across all regions of the Kingdom, for all transactions that were carried out through the channels available from the Ministry of Justice; where transaction data can be viewed such as the value of the transaction, the location of the property, the price per meter, the area of the property, and the date and time of the transaction.
The real estate exchange is a reliable source of data for investors, as it provides real estate data in real time and makes real estate information and reports available directly and periodically. This contributes to the development of the real estate documentation system and enhances transparency in buying and selling. In addition, it provides all the real estate services that were provided by notaries public, such as real estate transfers, mortgages of all kinds, and all services for sorting and merging real estate deeds, around the clock and from anywhere in the world in a fully digital manner and without human intervention.
