The General Real Estate Authority is launching at 5:00 p.m. today, the “Real Estate Brokerage Forum” and its accompanying exhibition at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, coinciding with the one-year anniversary of the regulation’s entry into force.

The forum will discuss opportunities and areas for development in the real estate market with the participation of a select group of experts and stakeholders in the real estate sector, thereby contributing to the sector’s growth and the fulfillment of its aspirations.

The General Real Estate Authority confirmed that the “Real Estate Brokerage Forum” is designed to present updates on the real estate brokerage system over the past year since its implementation, and that the forum includes a number of panel discussions addressing the sector’s opportunities and challenges, as well as highlighting real estate platforms with successful track records in real estate brokerage, and the importance of complying with real estate regulations and legislation, which contribute to enhancing reliability and transparency.

She noted that this first edition of the “Forum” is part of ongoing efforts to develop real estate brokerage activities and build a robust, advanced sector that contributes to economic growth and fulfills the aspirations of the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector, It will feature an accompanying exhibition to showcase real estate activities, dedicated sections to serve users of the real estate brokerage platform and the Real Estate Institute’s services, as well as a section to address questions and inquiries and provide support to partners, This will help convey the real estate sector’s messages and raise awareness of real estate regulations and legislation, which align with the Authority’s guidelines and strategies based on the principles of transparency and increased community participation, to achieve the sector’s development and sustainability.
