How to reserve a residential land through the Sakani platform

To benefit from the Sakani program and reserve a residential land for free, you can follow the following steps:

1. Login to Sakany platform
2. Login with your username and password.
3. Select Sakany products from the list.
4. Click on the icon labeled Self-build.
5. Choose the Land option.
6. Select the project type as "Land".
7. Choose the area where you want to acquire the land.
8. Press the “Search” button.
9. Select one of the available projects and click on the Preview button.
11. Select your block number.
12. Choose the block number you wish to reserve.
13. Click on the search button to confirm your reservation.
14. A SMS with the activation code will be sent to your registered phone.
15. AEnter the activation code sent to you.
16. A message will appear confirming the successful signing of the contract
.

Conditions for obtaining free residential land:

• Family members have not owned a suitable housing unit within the last five years.
• The current housing is inadequate in terms of size and quality of construction.
• The household has not previously benefited from housing support programs.
• The family applying for housing support must be located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
• The applicant must be at least 25 years old.
